Answer

There is skyway access and street access to the Lumber Exchange Event Center. Skyway Access - Use the hotel elevators to go to the 2nd floor. There will be signs to guide you to the Fountain Room of the Lumber Exchange Event Center. First, follow the signs to the parking garage. There will be a small glass skyway with two doors, the AC door and the LX door. Enter the LX door and follow the directional signage to venue. Street Access - Exit the front entrance of the AC Hotel. Turn left, walk a half block down Hennepin Ave, and enter the revolving doors of the Lumber Exchange Event Center. Follow the signs to the Fountain Room, where the wedding is being held.

Answer

The Midtown Parking Garage and Downtown Auto Park are the two most common public parking options for guests. *Discounted parking is available for the Midtown Parking Garage* For the Midtown Garage (11 S Fourth St.) there are two entrances - one on 5th Street and another on 4th Street. 4th Street is a one way going South/East. The entrance is on the right after you cross Hennepin. To enter on 5th Street, drive North/West on 5th Street. When crossing over Nicollet, cross to the right side of the transit tracks. You'll see the entrance on your right before reaching Hennepin. Downtown Autopark is located at 509 Hennepin, with an entrance on S 5th Street. To enter, drive North/West on 5th Street. When crossing over Nicollet, keep left of the transit tracks. You'll see the entrance on your left before reaching Hennepin. Discounted parking validation is available for the Midtown Parking Garage. When entering, guests will take a ticket and enter the parking ramp. Please bring that ticket or a clear photo of the ticket into the venue in order to have your parking validated. After parking, while still in ramp, take the elevator to the 3rd Floor/Skyway Level of the Parking Garage and enter our skyway entrance (located just left of the AC Marriott Door). Once inside, guests will follow the directional signage we have placed out to find your venue space. The venue staff will enter the ticket number into the system after cocktail hour, which will discount/validate that cars parking. When exiting the parking ramp, scan the ticket to leave. Please keep in mind that the staff are not affiliated with Midtown Parking Garage and do not have say in their rates, policies, procedures, etc. The current rate for discounted parking vouchers is $14 per voucher, but the ramp can change their pricing at any time.

Uber/Lyft/Taxi can drop off at Hennepin revolving door, which is typically where they drop off when the location is set to Lumber Exchange Event Center.

Yes! Not only will the bride and groom perform an acrobatic routine at the wedding, but there will also be additional acrobatic performers throughout the evening for your entertainment!

Answer

No! Guests will not be allowed to participate in any of the circus performances. However, the performers appreciate lots of screaming and applause! We do have a hosted event the day before where guests can dabble in the circus arts. See the "Schedule" tab on the website for more event information.

This is a formal event, so please come dressed to impress - anything from cocktail wear to black-tie is acceptable. This includes suits, sport coats, tuxes, cocktail dresses, evening dresses, and Met Gala gowns! There is absolutely no such thing being over the top—this is your chance to shine! We can’t wait to see your stunning looks!

July in Minnesota can get pretty warm, with average temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to low 80s°F (24-28°C), though heat waves can push temperatures into the 90s°F (32°C+). It’s a great time for outdoor events, so be sure to stay hydrated and wear light clothing to stay comfortable. Evening temperatures tend to cool down a bit, so you might want to bring a light jacket or sweater just in case!

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you RSVP for both yourself & your guest.

Although we love all of your little ones, this is primarily an adult-only 21+ event. We respectfully request that you only bring children that are included on your invitation.
