Circus Arts Welcome Event

Fitness Attire
Come one, come all and participate in the circus arts! RSVP to either participate in circus activities or to spectate the action. There are limited participation slots available, so RSVP ASAP! It will be first come, first served. Circus stations will include flying trapeze, aerial silks/sling, hooping, trampoline, juggling, and more! Even if you don't want to try out any circus arts, RSVP as a spectator to cheer on your fellow friends and family members. Then stay for a mini flying trapeze show at the end! Catering will be provided, so come hungry! This is a dry event. The B&G recommend using Uber, Lyft, or carpooling to get to the venue. The drive is about 20 minutes from the AC hotel. Casual Attire
For the guests who couldn't make it out to the Twin Cities Trapeze Center, come see the bride and groom at the hotel bar! For flyers and spectators who were with the B&G for circus activities, follow them back to the hotel bar! This is a non-hosted gathering, but food and drinks are available to purchase. Cash bar only. You do not need to RSVP to attend this casual meet up. See you there!

Formal Attire
This is a formal event, so please come dressed to impress - anything from cocktail wear to black-tie is acceptable. This includes suits, sport coats, tuxes, cocktail dresses, evening dresses, and Met Gala gowns! There is absolutely no such thing being over the top—this is your chance to shine! We can’t wait to see your stunning looks! The ceremony and reception will be held in the Fountain Room. 3:00 PM - Doors Open 3:30 PM - Ceremony 4:00 PM - Cocktail Hour in the Sawyer Room 5:30 PM - Dinner & Dancing Hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour, with both gluten-free and vegetarian options available.
