What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family in their best formal attire. For the ladies, any tea length or long dresses, and for the men, a suit of any color. Please no denim or khaki, and please no colors reserved for the bride (whites, creams, or ivories). The wedding party will be in blue dresses and navy suits.

Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes! We have set up a shuttle service to take guests from the Springhill Suites to the venue and back at the end of the night. There will be a shuttle leaving the hotel at 4:15 pm and 4:45 pm. The shuttle leaving the venue and heading back to the hotel will depart at 9:00 pm, 10:00 pm, and 11:00 pm.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

For those driving, the ceremony starts at 5:30 pm, so please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early.

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

The venue has a large, gravel parking lot in front of the venue space. Upon arrival, please follow the signs to the back of the property, past the tap house, to the event parking lot. Cars are permitted to be left in this parking lot overnight until 10am the following morning.

We do love your little ones, however we have chosen for our ceremony and reception to be an adult-only event.
