Please arrive at least 30 mins (5:00 PM) before the ceremony begins. Ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 pm. Please be mindful of traffic and uber wait time. If taking the shuttle from the hotel, the bus will be leaving from the lobby at 4:45 PM. Due to venue setup, late arrivals will not be able to enter until the conclusion of the ceremony. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing to follow.
Yes, the attire is Black Tie/Formal. Formal dresses for ladies & tuxedos or dark suits for men. Don’t forget sunglasses.
We will be providing a shuttle bus that will go round trip from the hotel to venue. Please meet downstairs at the entrance of the hotel at 4:40 PM. The bus will depart for the ceremony at 4:45 PM. After the wedding, the bus will also be leaving from the reception at 11 PM to take you back to the hotel.
No. Unfortunately, our venue has a strict capacity limit and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitations.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. In the chance of rain, we will move both events indoors.
