Cocktail Attire
We're excited to start the festivities and welcome you to our wedding weekend! Say hello to the Bride and Groom, catch up with old friends, and make new introductions before the big day. Cocktails and desserts will be served. The venue is about a 2 minute drive from the hotel. There is a parking garage directly underneath the building (Wells Fargo building). The party will take place on the 34th floor in The River Club Ortega Room.
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Formal/Black Tie Attire
The ceremony and reception will both be held at Epping Forest Yacht Club. It is about 15 minutes from our hotel block. The shuttle from the hotel will be departing from the lobby at 4:45 PM. If driving, there is parking available on-site. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early (5 pm) to find your seat and get situated. Due to venue setup, no late arrivals will be permitted until after the ceremony ends. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing to follow.

Casual Attire
We will be hosting a farewell brunch for those staying in the hotel to say goodbye to the Bride and Groom before they head off for their honeymoon. The brunch will be open from 9:00-11:30 am, so feel free to stop in whenever is convenient for you. The brunch will be located directly downstairs at the Hyatt Regency in the Matthews Conference Room on the 4th Floor.
