When should I RSVP by?

Kindly RSVP by July 31st, 2025, so we can save you a seat, a drink, and maybe even a dance! See the RSVP page for more information.

Where should I stay?
Answer
We highly suggest staying near downtown Leavenworth so you are walking distance from the venue. For lodging recommendations, see our Travel page.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
If your invitation specifies a guest, absolutely! If not, we love you dearly and would still love for you to come solo and celebrate with us.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of immediate family members. Enjoy the night off, you deserve it!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi Formal / Cocktail Attire: Come dressed in your favorite dresses, midi or knee-length styles, or dark jackets and slacks. Suits are welcome but not required. Most of all, wear something that makes you feel your best and captures a little of that magical fall feeling.

Is everything in the same location?
Answer
Yes, the wedding, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception will all be held at the Wenatchee River Institute. Please note that our wedding and events to follow will all be held outdoors on a grassy lawn. September tends to be warm and pleasant, with sunny days and cooler evenings. We recommend bringing a light layer just in case the evening breeze kicks in.

What is the parking situation like?
Answer
September is a busy time of year in Leavenworth, so parking may be limited. Street parking is available but can be hard to find, so we recommend carpooling or arriving early to allow extra time. Please note that ride-share services are extremely limited. You can find nearby parking options listed in the Travel section of our website.
