Flight

Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM)

RDM is the closest airport to Bend and is the best option to fly into. There are direct flights to RDM from San Francisco, Seattle, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and Denver among others. It is a 25 minute drive to Bend from RDM. If you are not renting a car, please see below for ride share and cab information.

Eugene Airport (EUG)

EUG is about the same size as RDM, but serves different airlines, including Southwest. This may be a good option for those that do not fly RDM airlines (American, Alaskan, Avelo, Delta, & United). Eugene is a 2.5 hour drive away from Bend, Oregon. There are several shuttle services between Eugene and Bend including Pacific Crest Buslines (pacificcrestbuslines.net).

Portland International Airport (PDX)

PDX is the largest airport in Oregon. It is a ~3 hour drive away from Bend, Oregon. There is a shuttle service between Portland and Bend called Shuttle Oregon (shuttleoregon.com).

Uber/Lyft/Cabs in Central Oregon

Uber/Lyft are available here and we take them regularly -- however, they do not operate as reliably here as they do in bigger cities. While unlikely, you may experience delays/cancellations. Alternatively, the highest rated taxi services in the area are EnviroShuttle (http://www.enviroshuttle.net/), Bend Ride Company (http://www.bendrideco.com), and Coiled Cabs (541-810-0188). We highly recommend scheduling rides in advance when possible.

Looking for an "experience" hotel? McMenamin's campus, a converted 1936 Catholic schoolhouse, features a hotel complete with classrooms-turned-hotel rooms, a pub, brewery, a movie theater, live music, and a soaking pool.

Looking for a budget friendly option? The local hostel is a unique and fun option near downtown Bend. They host lots of great events -- we've attended several of their Full Moon dance parties in the courtyard! 3.7 miles from the wedding venue.

Air BnB

Because this is a popular vacation spot, Air BnB is a great option for lodging in Bend -- especially if you are arranging housing with a group! For those renting a car, Sunriver is a beautiful area and generally has more affordable options. It is ~20 minutes from town and the venue.
