How soon should I book my stay?

Answer

Bend is a popular vacation town in Oregon. It is beautiful and we are excited to show you where we live and why we love it. Because of its popularity, things book up quickly and can get expensive -- we highly recommend booking your flights and hotels/air bnbs as soon as you can.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Bend is high desert, so expect it to be warm/hot during the day (60s-80s) and cool at night (40s-50s). We will provide a more detailed weather report as the date approaches. Note: we are in a hot and dry climate, but we do sometimes see cold snaps and precipitation. It's a good idea to bring a coat of some kind, just in case!

What does semi-formal mean?

Answer

We're thinking cocktail dresses, evening gowns, heels, flats, jumpsuits, suits, dress shirts, and ties. We want this to be a festive event, but we also want our guests to be comfortable -- if you are unsure, feel free to reach out to us and ask!
