WHICH AREAS TO STAY IN:
1. Old Town is the centre of the city enclosed by stone city walls and is the main tourist attraction, where most takes place. No cars allowed in Old Town.
2. Lapad and Babin Kuk are more peaceful and offer spacious areas with lots of great beaches. Hotel Neptune is within this area. The area is a 10-15min drive from Old Town and wedding venues.
3. Pile and Ploce are areas located closest to Old Town, which were the original names of the historic entrance gates to the city. Pile is Near Lovrijenac Fortress.
