You can take the Metro North from Grand Central Station to Ossining Station, where there will be shuttles to take you to Briarcliff Manor. The Hudson Line runs every ~20 minutes from Grand Central to Ossining and every ~hour from Ossining to Grand Central (LAST train departing OSSINGING is 1:06am).
