Flight
D.C. has two major airports, DCA and Dulles. DCA is much closer to the city and an easy metro ride to downtown. Dulles requires a 45-minute taxi or rideshare into the city. If its easier to fly into Dulles, go for it! BWI in Baltimore is also about a 45-minute ride into D.C.
