The wedding will start with a Gusaba ceremony. Gusaba is a traditional marriage ceremony in East Africa where the groom's family asks the bride's family for her hand in marriage. As part of this tradition, it is important for the bride's side to arrive earlier than the groom's guests. As a result there will be a staggered arrival outlined below (please be punctual: no African time):
1) Nathalie's family & friends arrive at the venue at 2:30PM
2) Oliver's family & friends arrive at 3:00PM
3) Gusaba extends from 3:30-4:30PM
4) Cocktail hour from 4:30-5:30PM
5) Dinner & speeches from 5:30-8:00PM
6) Dancing from 8:00PM-Midnight
