We will send out invitations with RSVP details as our wedding date approaches.
We recommend arriving at Roche Harbor on July 16, 2026 or the morning of July 17, 2026. The wedding ceremony will begin at 4:00pm at Roche Harbor.
Taxis are available on the island; however, Uber and Lyft are not. If you’re staying at Roche Harbor Resort or in Friday Harbor, you’ll be within walking distance of essentials like grocery stores, so a car isn’t necessary. For accommodations outside these areas, we recommend renting a car to avoid relying solely on taxis. Car rentals are available in Friday Harbor, but options are limited—so we recommend booking in advance.
If you’re driving a car onto the ferry, we strongly recommend making a reservation to secure your spot. Visit our Travel page for details and reservation release dates. No reservation is needed if you’re walking onto the ferry or using one of the shuttle services.
Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft, as well as food delivery apps such as UberEats or DoorDash, are not available on the island. Be sure to stock up on groceries for late-night cravings, or use one of the taxi companies listed on our Travel page if you need transportation and don’t have a car.
For our wedding, we kindly request cocktail attire.
If you have a plus-one, it will be indicated when you RSVP.
We love your little ones! However, due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate those formally invited. If your kids are invited, it will be indicated when you RSVP.
We will have tray-passed appetizers at cocktail hour, a buffet with Pacific Northwest staples, and a late night snack! Our buffet will be labeled to accommodate various dietary needs, and our culinary team will prepare a special plate for guests with food allergies. If you or someone in your party has any food allergies, please let us know when you RSVP.
Yes! We'll have some signature cocktails, along with a variety of liquor, beer, and wine, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
