When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We do ask that you you RSVP no later than September 1, 2025. After this date, unfortunately, any unanswered invited will be marked as "not attending" due to vendors' cut-off dates.

What is the expected dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: For the ladies… cocktail dresses, LBDs (little black dress), dressy jumpsuits, etc. For the guys…jackets and slacks preferred. No jeans and no t-shirts please. The ceremony will be outdoors in the grass so maybe rethink those stilettos. To honor the bride, we kindly ask the ladies to not wear white... or shades close to it. Thank you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests will begin arriving at 3:30pm, but please arrive by 3:45pm at the latest. Please allow time for parking and getting seated. The ceremony will start at 4:00pm sharp and no guests will be sat during the processional.

Can I park at the venues?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue! However, Uber/Lyft are great choices if you wish to enjoy some adult beverages!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we adore your kiddos, this is a grown-ups-only event. Consider this your invitation to a well-deserved date night on us—cocktails, dancing, and celebration await!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We wish to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you've received a plus one, please refer to the guests listed on your invitation envelope and RSVP card for details and/or will be listed with your name when you RSVP through the website. If you have any questions, reach out to the Bride or Groom with specific questions.

I'm having issues with RSVPing online.

Answer

You'll have to enter in your name to the online RSVP system exactly as it as addressed on your invitation or it will not be recognized. If your invitation states "Guest" please provide us with the guest name upon your RSVP or select N/A.

Should I bring cash?

Answer

-There will be an open bar, but please bring cash to tip your bartenders! -We will also have a Money Dance! So bring those dollar bills for if you want to dance with the bride and groom!!

Should I bring my ID for the bar?

Answer

Yes, please bring your ID if you plan to drink alcohol, as the bartenders will be carding and only serving guests over 21 years of age.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Our ceremony will be "unplugged" meaning no phones or cameras will be allowed during the ceremony. Our wish is that you witness this truly special moment in our lives with your eyes and not through a screen. We much rather see everyone's faces as we look back at our photos and don't want to see a bunch of phones in your hands. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to pull those phones out and take as many photos and videos as you'd like to post to all the socials! Just be sure to tag us and use hashtag #OhBellYeah. Thank you so much for understanding!

Both Uber and Lyft ride sharing companies are prominently used all over the Valley. These services can be ordered from your mobile phone.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

This is an autumn wedding that will be outdoors for the Ceremony, consider bringing a light jacket in case the day is cooler. Arizona can be a bit unpredictable.
