FAQs

Question

How do I RSVP? What is the deadline?

Answer

With your invitation, there is an RSVP card that you can fill out and return to us in the accompanying pre-stamped envelope, or feel free to visit the RSVP page right here on our website and let us know your plans. Please provide us with your response no later than 2/21/2025.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly request this be an adult-only wedding. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation by name. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive around 5:15pm to allow time to settle in and find a seat. Our wedding ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm, and those arriving late may not be seated.

Question

Do you have a hotel room block reserved?

Answer

Yes! Our venue is conveniently located next to the Hilton Garden Inn Apopka City Center, where we have reserved a room block for the nights before and after our wedding. We strongly recommend that all guests needing overnight accommodations book at this hotel as it is walking distance to our venue (they share a parking lot - you cannot get any closer!). Please see our “Hotel & Travel” page for further information on how to book these rooms.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit. The majority of our festivities will be indoors, so you don’t have to worry about the weather.

Question

Are there any colors guests should avoid wearing?

Answer

Please don’t wear white, haha

Question

Can I take pictures at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly request that our guests refrain from taking pictures and/or videos during our wedding ceremony. We have hired an amazing professional photographer to capture all of the memories we will make on our wedding day and we can’t wait to share these with you all. However, feel free to take all the pictures you would like at the cocktail hour and reception following the ceremony. We thank you for your cooperation!

Question

Do you have any recommendations on things we should do in Orlando?

Answer

We love living in Orlando because there is no shortage of things to do. Not only do we have world famous theme parks (which we love!), but there is so much more to this city that really only locals know. Visit our “Things To Do” page for a few of our recommendations!
