Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, and dark jackets with slacks/jeans.
Parking is free for guests, however if the main lot is full, there is additional parking across the street at the DECC for $5.
Arrival - Preview Opportunity
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
During this time, the aquarium will still be open to the public! This is a perfect time for families with younger children to come and see the exhibits and maybe burn off a little energy before everyone arrives and dinner begins. The entire facility WILL still be open once dinner is served to guests. There is a lot to see and we know our party is beginning a little late, so please feel free to take this time and spend it with your kids enjoying the atmosphere.
Cocktail Hour - Meet & Greet
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
During cocktail hour, the staff will be flipping the exhibit floor from it's everyday appearance to our reception decor. Due to this, drinks will NOT be permitted out on the exhibit floor prior to 7pm when dinner is served. At this time, we will be having a cash bar.
Seated Dinner
7:00 pm
Plated dinner will be served in the main viewing area of the facility. A menu was included with all invitations, this is the perfect time to review the options and change them if necessary.
Late Night Treats!
9:30 pm
On your menus, you'll see we're going to have hot cocoa and warm apple cider stations to help soak in the October ambiance. If you have a preference of one over the other, please let us know so that we may plan accordingly.
