Question

Drive or uber/lyft to the venue?

Answer

There are 100 adults coming to our wedding and the venue lot only holds 80 cars. We'd love for those who know will have a couple drinks to uber/lyft to the venue and back to the hotel. Also note, it takes 15-20 minutes from the hotels to the venue.

How far is the venue from the 15 freeway?

Answer

The near by hotels are right off the 15 freeway but the venue is a farm and is about a 15-20 min drive from the freeway. We'd love It if our guests would plan to stay in the hotels down the road, please know there are no street lamps lighting the road at the end of the night so plan to take a lyft/uber. We want to keep you all safe. Please plan accordingly.

What is the venue parking like?

Answer

Please pull up into the driveway where you will be met by a valet attendant. There will be golf cart shuttles to take you up to the venue where you will be dropped off. Please make your way to the left where our wedding sign, gift area, and guest book will be. You are more than welcome to come inside the ranch house or grab a fruit infused water or lemonade before the ceremony begins.

What if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

Please cushion your travel time as the traffic to the Temecula area is always the unknown. The ceremony will begin on time. If you arrive after the ceremony has already begun, our venue crew will have to hold you back till an appropriate time before seating you. We don't want you missing anything, so please be early or on time.

At the end of the reception

Answer

Please download the app WAZE for all your destination and time management needs. If you end up having a drink, you are welcome to leave your car in the lot at the venue as long as you get it the next morning.
