After moving across the state for college, Aubree quickly became Kayla's home away from home. Without a second thought, Aubree welcomed her into her sorority family and introduced her to an organization filled with many strong and inspirational women. The two instantly became inseparable and shared endless memories together. Even after they both graduated, the two still continue to visit each other frequently, despite living hours apart. Kayla was overjoyed to be a part of Aubree's wedding last summer, and is so excited to watch her family grow.
Dain Turgeon- Orbe
Best Man
Some of Nick's favorite memories to tell are about times shared with his older brother, Dain. Even though many of these stories come from mischievous times of Nick trying to annoy him, they usually ended with Dain having the last say. This tends to happen, though, when brothers are nine years apart! Even with their large age difference, the two grew up very close. Nick has always felt lucky to have Dain a part of his life and it only came natural to ask him to be his best man.
Justine Boydston

When it comes to any adventure, big or small, Justine has always been next to Kayla's side. Although they're both from the same hometown, the two started their lifelong friendship at a music concert. Since then, they quickly learned that they had so many things in common. The two enjoy getting together to explore the outdoors, shop at local farmers markets, and sip specialty cocktails together. Kayla has always thought of Justine as a long lost sister, as the two have shared so many great memories together. It was only fitting for Kayla to ask Justine to be her maid of honor for her greatest adventure yet!
Jordan Savage

Nick and Jordan have been best friends from as early as they can remember. Their moms have been best friends since before they were born, so it only came natural to view each other as a second family. Growing up, the two took turns spending the weekends at each other's houses and going to family events. They have shared many good memories together and to this day still enjoy meeting up for drinks and stories on the weekends.
Diana Le

If you didn't know already, the first two years of Kayla's time at WSU was spent studying psychology! After Kayla decided to change her career choice, she joined the education program to one day become a teacher. While walking between classes one day, Diana ran to introduce herself to Kayla and they instantly became very close. It would be hard not to- they practically had every class together! From long nights of studying, to picking up Kayla from her car troubles an hour away, Kayla has always been able to depend on Diana's friendship. Now, they are both kindergarten teachers!
Thomas Nelson

Thomas has been one of Nick's closest friends since middle school. From road trips to near death experiences, the two have shared many momentous times together. Although they have put the more dangerous adventures to the side, the two still love to hangout and crack cold beers over the weekends. Nick has always been grateful to have Thomas as one of his best friends!
Lauryn Green

Kayla met Lauryn in the education program at WSU. The two started their friendship over study sessions, and it didn’t take long for them to become best friends. They loved spending time together at the gym, doing class projects together, and getting bites to eat at their favorite restaurants. Kayla has always been so grateful for their friendship, especially during the time her relationship with Nick was long distance. Kayla has always been able to count on Lauryn, and she is so excited to have her as her bridesmaid!
Koby Schinman

Koby has been one of Nick's closest buds since high school. Nick's favorite memories shared with Koby have been at the lake house, where the two have spent many summers together with many of their friends. Nick has always admired Koby's ability to bring everyone together and his love for adventure!
Emily Lynd

In what a sorority world calls "big" and "little," both Emily and Kayla knew that is exactly what they wanted to be for each other. The two really hit it off after a fun shopping trip and a lunch date at their favorite restaurant. It didn't take long at all for Emily and Kayla to become best friends. They even became roommates while they were both finishing their last year at university! Although they both live on separate sides of the state from one another, the two still make a great effort to see each other when they can.
Tristan Bradford

Nick and Tristan met at an early age on the swim team at the YMCA. Since then, they became good friends as they attended the same middle and high schools growing up. Some of their favorite things to do growing up were staying up late, playing video games, and going on the ski bus to Mt. Baker. To this day, they still enjoy meeting up on the weekends with other close friends at the local bar for drinks and pool.
