To book within our wedding block, please go to the website linked below (madriverlodge.com) and click the Groups & Events/BOOK WITH ROOM BLOCK menu, type in the block dates (September 18th - September 20th, 2026) and then type in "OOW" as the Access Code. The room block will expire on July 18, 2026, so please be sure to book in advance. A shuttle to and from events will be provided for those staying at Mad River Lodge. Please check back closer to the date for a detailed shuttle schedule.

While we do not have a formal room block at Sugarbush Resort, it remains a great local lodging option. While rooms may no longer be available through our wedding booking link, accommodations may still be available through the resort's regular inventory. Flight

Burlington International Airport

There are a few airports within driving distance of Warren, Vermont. The closest is Burlington International Airport (BTV), about an hour drive away. You can also fly into Montreal (about a 2.5-hour drive away) or Boston (about a 3.5-hour drive away). To get from any of these airports to Warren, you can rent a car or coordinate a private shuttle. Ubers and cabs are not reliable in this area.

Train

Amtrak

Amtrak recently added a direct train from New York City (Penn Station) to Middlebury, VT (MBY). The station in Middlebury is a 45-minute drive to Warren, VT. You can book tickets using the link below. There is also an Amtrak station in Burlington, VT. Please note that rental car options may be limited in Middlebury. We strongly recommend renting a car or coordinating a private shuttle. Ubers and cabs are not available in this area. If you are interested in coordinating a private shuttle, we recommend getting in touch with vermontvipservices.com Albany, New York also has both an Amtrak Station and an airport and is a little over a 3-hour drive from Warren.
