The welcome party on Friday will be Elevated Casual attire, and the wedding on Saturday will be Elevated Cocktail attire. Please check the Schedule page for attire guidance.
Yes, there is parking for personal vehicles at Lareau Farm for the welcome party on Friday night. Please plan to drive yourself safely to and from the event, as no shuttles will be provided.
There is no parking at Moose Hill Farm, where the ceremony and reception will be held, so all guests will need to use the wedding-day shuttles. We will be providing shuttle transportation from The Pitcher Inn, Mad River Lodge, White Horse Lodge, and Sugarbush Resort. If you are staying elsewhere, parking will be available in the main lot at Warren Elementary School, with a shuttle running from there as well. Shuttles will run throughout the wedding reception to take guests back to their original pick-up locations at any time. Please check back closer to the wedding weekend for a detailed shuttle schedule and additional information.
Please refer to the Travel tab on this website for room blocks and recommended lodging.
Yes, once we send out formal invitations in the Spring of 2026, please note any allergies in your RSVP to the reception.
If you need a personal shuttle to take you to and from other locations or to the airport and bus station, we recommend VT VIP Services or VT First Class Ride.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be under a tent. The ground is grass, so please choose your footwear accordingly! Should it rain, we will move our ceremony and cocktail hour into the tent.
We're asking that our weekend events be an adult-only celebration, so we encourage you to arrange childcare and come party with us kid-free!
