Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:45pm. Please do not go to the chapel after 4pm if you arrive late. Please go to the main building and wait for the ceremony to be over.

How do I take the Shuttle between the Worthington Renaissance Hotel and the venue?

Answer

Please RSVP that you will be taking the shuttle to the venue and back from the hotel. The bus will leave the Worthington Renaissance Hotel at 3pm and will leave the venue shortly after 10pm. If you decide not to take the shuttle, there is free parking at the venue or you can use a rideshare app.

How far is the Venue from Downtown Fort Worth

Answer

The drive is about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. If you are driving yourself and not taking the shuttle, we recommend leaving downtown by 3pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal. Weather in Texas in January can be cold, but our ceremony and reception will be mostly indoors.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to very limited space set by our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend staying at the Worthington Renaissance Hotel in Down Town Fort Worth. This is where we have a room block and where the shuttle will leave and drop back off, but space is limited. Please book ASAP! There are many different hotels within walking distance (Courtyard, Embassy, Hilton, Omni, Hampton, Fairfield, and more). You can also stay in Weatherford or other surrounding cities.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP yes by our deadline, we will not be able to accommodate you. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue with exact numbers by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible!

Is there parking at the venue? Can I leave my car there overnight?

Answer

Yes! There is free parking onsite. However, if you plan on drinking, please consider carpooling with other guests or get an Uber. You can leave your car at the venue overnight and they will lock the gates once everyone leaves, but your car must be picked up first thing in the morning.

What will be offered for food?

Answer

You are coming to Texas, so we want to make sure you get some really good BBQ while you're out here. Appetizers will be give out during cocktail hour, and for dinner will have meats, sides, desserts and pies!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we LOVE your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children, due to limited numbers set by our venue. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to have a night for yourselves and enjoy the party with us! Feel free to bring them to the day-after party at Maddie's parents house.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Please drink responsibly and find a safe ride home.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be indoors, but the space has the ability to become an open air chapel weather permitting. Cocktail Hour will be indoor/outdoor depending on the weather. The reception will be indoors.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Will Not Attend" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
