When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible! We request your response by 8/1/25 so we can provide our vendors with an accurate final count.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue between 3:30 and 3:45 pm. Our ceremony will begin at 4:00.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at Vintage Fields. A golf cart will be available to transport guests who may need assistance from the parking area to the ceremony space.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would like to see our friends and family looking their best in semi-formal or cocktail attire! We request that guests avoid wearing casual attire including jeans, shorts, and sneakers. The ceremony will be held outdoors on grass, so please choose footwear accordingly.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Daily high temperatures for September in Wisconsin are typically in the mid 70s with lows in the 50s-60s. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting), with dinner and dancing to follow in the indoor wedding barn.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

To keep our wedding celebration intimate, plus-ones will be by invitation. Our reception will be for adults only, and the children within our immediate family. Thank you for understanding!

Will food be provided?

Answer

We will be hosting light appetizers and a buffet-style dinner. Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary allergies.
