What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather in the late fall will fluctuate, so please check the temperatures in the week leading up to the wedding. On average, it will be 70-80 degrees during the day and can drop to the 50s at night. Please bring a jacket for the wedding reception as we will be outside!

Why are you getting married on a Thursday?

Answer

Many reasons! We are having a smaller wedding and many venues have guest count minimums on the weekends. We're also able to save a significant amount of money by celebrating on a weekday! We understand that many of you will be taking time off of work to attend our wedding and we are so grateful for that. We hope this allows you to take a long weekend and enjoy a little vacation!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We suggest cocktail to semi-formal attire. Please remember to bring a jacket or sweater for the reception because we'll be outside!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

We have reserved space only for the individual(s) listed on your invitation. We are limiting our guest count and appreciate your understanding! Should space open up for additional guests, you will be notified.

What is parking like at the venue?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at the wedding venue. We do encourage you to carpool when possible or to ride with a designated driver. We want everyone to get home safely!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is all we need! If you'd like to contribute more, we'd welcome a gift to our honeymoon fund. Visit the "Registry" tab of the website for more information.

Will there be an open bar?

Will the wedding be outside or inside?

Answer

The entire wedding will take place outside. Remember to plan your outfits accordingly! We will have heaters in case the temperatures drop during the evening.

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

We kindly request your response by September 12, 2025. Due to the complexities of planning a wedding remotely, we want to ensure plenty of time to finalize the guest list and coordinate travel. Please don't hesitate to reach out to Lauren or Damien if you are unsure about making the RSVP deadline.

Will there be transportation from a hotel or other location to the venue?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to the venue. We encourage carpooling when able and ride shares are also available. If you are staying on the east side of Tucson, you can expect to pay around $20 to get to the venue via Uber or Lyft. We WILL be arranging Ubers from Saguaro Buttes to the After Party. If you plan to join us out, please arrange a ride share or carpool to the wedding to avoid leaving your car at the venue! Should you need to leave your car at the venue overnight, just be sure to pick it up as soon as you can on Friday morning to ensure that you are not blocking spaces for that day's wedding party.

Do you have a hotel block?

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate kids outside the immediate family. We would be happy to assist you in finding childcare for the night of our wedding if you plan on bringing your children with you to Tucson!
