Is the Ceremony and Reception inside or outside?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour are outside. We will have heaters if it is chilly. But please bring a wrap to keep yourself warm. The reception will be inside.

What food will we be eating at the wedding?

Answer

We are serving a buffet. Please let us know when you RSVP any dietary restrictions/allergies you might have.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

The names on your invitation envelope dictates who is invited to the wedding. If the invitation says "and guest," then you may bring a plus one.

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We absolutely love your kids, but this is an adult-only celebration.

Is there Valet Parking?

Answer

Yes, we are providing complimentary valet parking.

Is Hotel Transportation available to and from the venue?

Answer

We will be providing hotel transportation for guests staying at the Courtyard Marriott Agoura Hills and the Westlake Village Inn. On the RSVP, please select "Yes" if you would like a seat on the shuttle.

What are the shuttle pick-up and return times between the hotel and the venue?

Answer

The shuttle will arrive at the hotels at 2:30pm and will leave promptly at 2:45pm. There is one pickup time. At the end of the wedding, the first shuttle will leave at 8:30pm, and the last shuttle will leave at 9:30pm at the end of the wedding.

What is the dress code for the event?

Answer

This is a Black-Tie Optional event, and all guests are encouraged to wear earth tones. Please avoid casual clothing, loud patterns, and extremely bright colors. The venue involves some walking, so we recommend choosing comfortable, appropriate shoes.
