Please arrive at the ceremony site by 3:30 PM to allow ample time for parking and seating.
To help us with our wedding planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline to RSVP “Yes” or “No” is August 1st, 2025. This allows us to give our vendors the correct number of guests prior to the wedding. If you have not submitted your RSVP by August 1st, 2025, you will be marked down as a "No" response. We will miss you at our wedding, however we will not be able to accommodate late RSVP's.
The nearest airport is Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT), located approximately 60 miles from the venue.
Taxis in the area are limited. If you require a taxi service, we recommend reserving your transportation in advance by contacting one of the providers below. After arriving at the property, follow the signs on the driveway to Parking Lot A or B. Once parked, use the road or the path to walk up to the ceremony site, which will be held at Heartwood Forest. Please note that the road leading to the venue is winding, so we encourage you to drive with caution. Carpooling is recommended, as Lyft and Uber services may not be reliable in the area.
We apologize for the inconvenience it may cause, but we would like an adult only event. This excludes our flower girls and ring bearers.
While we would love for you to attend our special day, our venue permits a limited number of guests. We therefore ask that you do not bring a plus one unless they have been specifically listed on the RSVP.
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will Not Attend" on your RSVP, so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but you find that you will not make it, please let the bride and groom know as soon as you are aware.
We would love for our friends and family to dress up and celebrate with us! We kindly request a formal dress code for the evening. Feel free to wear any color you like, but we ask that you please avoid wearing white. Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Ladies, please keep this in mind when selecting your footwear, especially if wearing heels. Block/chunky heels, wedges, or flats are encouraged. The temperature does drop at night requiring a sweater or jacket. For the most accurate weather forecast during your time with us, look up Fish Camp, California, which is just a few miles away.
We hired an amazing photographer and she will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony. We kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony is finished.
