As soon as you are able to RSVP we would greatly appreciate it as we finalize numbers for catering and seating. Otherwise, please RSVP no later than July 1st.
The dress code is cocktail. So that means dresses (short or long, including midi dresses), slacks, jackets and ties (optional). We are getting married in a castle so no jeans please!
We would love to have your kids attend but to accommodate all the people we have in our lives, we are not allowing kids.
We were very intentional about the number of people and that includes +1. If you go to RSVP on Zola and there isn't a spot for an additional guest, that means no +1. We're trying to accommodate all the people we love first.
Yes! Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any specific dietary needs and we will do our best to accommodate you. We will have GF and Vegetarian options available.
Unfortunately, no. We figured people would stay in various locations, but there will be plenty of parking at the venue. We highly recommend getting a rental car if you are an out-of-state guest. Colorado is not the most public transportation friendly place.
No, we are having the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the same location.
The ceremony starts at 5:00pm, so we recommend getting there no earlier than 4:45pm.
We know that COVID is an ongoing situation and we will follow what is recommended by the authorities. Our preference is either you are fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID test 72-hours before the wedding. Check back here in July for updated guidance.
For all my dancer friends out there, no formal (sprung) floor, and we will be dancing on concrete. It's an outside tent on a concrete pad, so be gentle on your joints and make sure you bring shoes that'll work best for you. Can't wait to dance with you all!
Yes! We are getting married 6519 feet up, so for those guests less acclimated to the altitude we have a few tips. Water, water and more water! Alcohol will hit you more quickly at elevation, so just keep that in mind. Finally, avoid strenuous activity the first couple of days. You'll do great!
