Hervey and Isaiah met at a music workshop in Vail, Colorado when they were 16 years old. Since then they have performed together many times, graduated in the same class at Juilliard, and have been roommates for 4 years.

Alison and Kaitlin met on the worship team at Renaissance Church NYC and were put into the same small group a few weeks after. Kaitlin is so thankful for the consistent friend Alison has been to her. Everyone needs an Alison in their life!
Philip Norris

Philip and Isaiah met at a summer music workshop in Castleton, Virginia, in 2015. They both attended Juilliard, have performed together countless times, and have been roommates for six years.

Briana and Kaitlin met on worship team at their home church in NYC. They bonded over their love for dogs (especially Bri’s dog) and became like sisters in Harlem. Kaitlin is blessed to have an Ate Bri in her life.
Felix Moseholm

Felix and Isaiah were both awarded the 2016 Horace Parlan Award in Denmark (at which point they did not know each other) to celebrate both a Danish and American jazz musician. Felix and Isaiah quickly became good friends, and soon after, Felix moved to New York from Denmark to study at Juilliard. Their friendship is a testament to the deep history and relationship that Danish and American jazz musicians have shared for many decades.

Brittany and Kaitlin met in New York City at a bible study called "Navigators 20" (a graduate branch of the undergraduate program, "Navigators Campus Fellowship.") A few years after their first meeting, Kaitlin found out that they went to the same church and got reconnected. She's the BEST.
Peter Schubert
Groomsman
Peter is Kaitlin's younger cousin (basically younger brother). Isaiah met Peter during Kaitlin and Isaiah's first trip to California together to visit with her family. Isaiah, Kaitlin and Peter spent time watching movies, playing video games and talking about music and are all looking forward to more family trips in the future.
Victoria Schubert

Victoria is Kaitlin's cousin-in-law (basically turned sister-in-law). Kaitlin wishes they saw each other more often, but when they do get together, it's like no time has passed.
Andrew Schubert
Groomsman
Andrew (Nonoy) is Kaitlin's cousin (basically her brother) and her best friend. They've grown up together going to Disneyland, roadtrips to Yosemite and so much more. Isaiah met Nonoy and his wife Victoria when they visited Kaitlin in New York and both couples are excited to spend more time together in the coming years.
