The rate for this Hotel is $84/night and it is close to the airport. The cut-off date for booking our room block is August 27, 2019. Feel free to book at any other facility of your choice. We recommend that you book your hotel closer to the airport so that you can experience the best of Atlanta. The venue is a bit far from the downtown Atlanta area. If you would like to book your stay near the venue, please search within the Auburn/Lawrenceville area.

Rental Car
Traveling can be a challenge but we are here to help make it easier. We established a group discount rate with Hertz car rentals. Rentals can be picked up and dropped off at Atlanta Airport. Please use the code: CV # 01PW0022 when making reservations. Economy vehicle rates are $19/day during the weekend and $39/day during the weekday. There are discount rates for all other vehicles as well. Again, please feel free to make reservation with any other company of your liking.
Flight
Please fly into Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, it is the closest to hotel and car rental suggestions. We suggest looking at Southwest airline for their weekend get-a-way deals! If you're an adventurous traveler look into Frontier and Spirit airline.
House Or Rental
Airbnb are the best! We encourage everyone traveling with a group or deciding to lodge together to check out many of the Airbnb in the Atlanta area ( if you want to be close to the downtown/airport area) or Auburn area (if you want to be close to the venue).
