The Hotel del is an iconic National Historical Landmark first opened in 1888. It boasts a rich history as a destination for royalty, presidents, and Hollywood Icons. You can enjoy strolling the grounds or grabbing a drink with great seaside views! Orange Avenue is also the heart of Coronado with lots of local shops, restaurants, and bars.
Located outside of downtown San Diego, it's a 1,200 acre urban cultural park. The park is filled with numerous gardens, museums, historical Spanish architecture, and of course the world famous San Diego Zoo!
We highly recommend enjoying the sunshine on one of the many beaches located on the San Diego coastline. Besides Coronado, some of our favorites are Sunset Cliffs, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, and La Jolla.
A few of our favorite places to eat on Coronado: - The Henry: Breakfast - Miguels: Mexican Food - Mc P's: Burger and a Beer - Spiro's Mediterranean Cafe: Greek Food - Garage Buona Forchetta: Italian Food
