Solaris Patio Sessions (Saturday)

The Solaris hosts live music on the patio every Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tickets are free and we will be there from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you are getting into town on Saturday please come join us for a casual meet-up with fellow wedding guests. Harold and I have pre-reserved 40 tickets. Shuttle Pick-Up (Sunday)
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Vail, CO
Reminder: There is NO parking (besides handicap parking) at the venue. There is also a 5 minute walk from the shuttle drop-off to the Wedding Island. We recommend wearing flats or wedges. If you need assistance to the wedding island please let us know, and we will arrange for golf-cart transportation for you. Shuttles will leave from the Gravity Haus and The Lodge at Vail at 3:30 p.m. and again 3:50 p.m. Please be downstairs in the lobby and ready to go on-time. If you are driving in on Sunday we recommend parking at the Vail Village parking structure and walking to the Gravity Haus to take the shuttles. If you are not staying at one of those two hotels please walk to the property closest to you or consider a ride-share option. If you are using a rideshare please request to be dropped off at the end of Sunburst drive. You can use the Vail Trail - Eastern Trailhead as a reference point.

Enjoy your 5 minute walk on a paved path from the shuttle drop-off through an Aspen Grove and over the wooden bridge to the Wedding Island. After the ceremony, the shuttles will take all guests to the club house for the reception.

Shuttle Drop-Off

Shuttles are available to return you back to your cars or your hotels. Shuttles can do direct drop-offs anywhere in the Vail area prior to 9:15 p.m. After that drop-offs will be in loops to Gravity Haus and then Lodge at Vail.
