Shuttle

We are NO longer running a SHUTTLE FROM the COURTYARD MARRIOTT in Santa Rosa. We apologize, this was for logistics. We were able to secure a better location near our venue with free parking. Sonoma Country Day School 4400 Day School Place Santa Rosa, CA 95303 Please follow signs to Lummer/Lutgen parking. Shuttles will leave to the venue at approximately 3:15- exact time will be announced once details are finalized. Return trips will be made throughout the night as requested. SCDS is approximately 5-10 minutes from La Crema and 15-20 minutes from downtown Santa Rosa. Parking is very limited at the venue, we are reserving it for guests with mobility issues only. Please contact us if you need on-sight parking.
Hotel
The Courtyard Marriott is located in downtown Santa Rosa approximately 15 minutes from the location of the shuttle to La Crema. We are no longer on planning on running the shuttle from Courtyard Marriott- see Travel for updated information. We have a block of 10 rooms ranging from $269 to $279 a night. Hotel
Hotel LaRosa is a small hotel located in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa. It is approximately 15 minutes from the shuttle departure area. We have a 10 room block at $179/night. Call (707) 579-3200 to book under Lummer/Lutgen wedding.
House Or Rental
There are lots of options for rental homes and apartments in Sonoma County. Santa Rosa is the largest city in the county. The wedding is in Windsor but only a few miles north of Santa Rosa. Healdsburg is the town north of Windsor and has a cute upscale downtown. Sebastopol is west of Santa Rosa and has a cute eclectic downtown.
Flight
Sonoma County Airport (STS); 5 minute drive Oakland Airport (OAK); 60-90 minute drive San Francisco Airport (SFO); 60-90 minute drive Rental cars are available at all of the airports. Another option is to take the Sonoma County Airport Express ( see link). from either Bay Area airport directly to STS (Santa Rosa Airport) and Uber to your hotel/Air BnB etc. Normal Adult Fairs are 39$ one way. There is a small discount for students(with ID), military (with ID) and senior citizens. Children under 12 ride free.
