A Magical Love Story!

Welcome to our wedding website, we can’t wait to celebrate our special day with you. During the summer of 2016, God introduced Makendrix and Nykimbre to one another. They would stay on the phone and talk for hours every night. Each time they grew curious of what their friendship would be. It was more than just blushing conversations, their souls conversed. On a beautiful Thursday evening, Makendrix and Nykimbre met at Rita’s Italian Ice for their first date. They were more interested in connecting than going to a crowded restaurant that day. Makendrix and Nykimbre ended up ordering the same cherry mixed with blueberry flavored Italian ice. It was the perfect date because it allowed them to solely focus on one another. At one point the conversation was so warm, they forgot about their Italian ice! They were so intrigued by one another, they lost track of time. The sun shined so bright that day. Eventually, one date turned into two dates and then three dates turned into even more! Nykimbre and Makendrix couldn’t get enough of each other. Every Sunday after church, they would call each other to share what they learned since they attended two separate churches. They both were hungry for the word of God and always knew God had brought them together for a specific reason. Their lives both changed for better! On January 24th, Makendrix proposed to Nykimbre in the presence of their loved ones. A day they will never forget. A page in their Love story. They call this chapter “He Who Finds A Wife”.
