Flight
Asheville Regional Airport is the closest airport, about 30 minutes from Brevard and 40 minutes from Cedar Mountain. Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport is the second closest airport, about an an hour and 20 minutes from Brevard and an hour and 10 minutes from Cedar Mountain. This is a great option if you'd like to explore Greenville before or after the festivities! Charlotte-Douglas International Airport is 2 hours and 10 minutes from Brevard and 2 hours away from Cedar Mountain and will have more direct flight options. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is three hours away from Brevard and Cedar Mountain and will likely be a good option for those coming from the West Coast.
House Or Rental
Our reception is in Brevard, NC, and close to Cedar Mountain, NC. There are lots of wonderful house rentals in Cedar Mountain and Brevard, and it's a lovely way to experience the area. Sherwood Forest is the neighborhood directly behind the venue should you come across any properties there! Check out Airbnb, VRBO, and the Explore Brevard website for rentals and recommended bed and breakfasts. Labor Day Weekend is a popular time to be in the mountains, so we recommend booking your lodging early!

Rooms have been blocked for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. The rate for Friday and Saturday is $189, and the rate for Thursday and Sunday is $129. For those looking for an easy option! This is about 20 minutes from the reception venue.

Pilot Cove is a really neat group of modern cabins near the entrance to Pisgah Forest (about 20 minutes from our reception venue) if you're interested in an option somewhere between a hotel and a house rental. Pilot Cove offers three types of cabins: Efficiency (one king bed in an open studio space, $239 on Friday and Saturday, $195 on Thursday and Sunday), One Bedroom (one king bed and a pull-out couch, $289 on Friday and Saturday, $245 on Thursday and Sunday), and Two Bedroom (one king bed, two twin beds, and a pull-out couch, $349 on Friday and Saturday, $299 on Thursday and Sunday). Pilot Cove does not offer group discounts, but they have 14 cabins available for Labor Day Weekend on a first-come, first-serve basis (and they suggest booking sooner rather than later for a holiday weekend).
