Question

When am I required to wear a mask?

Answer

As of May 28, the universal indoor mask mandate in Virginia is ended. Fleet Transportation (the provider of transportation between the wedding blocks and Stone Tower Winery) requires passengers to wear masks when on the bus. At the winery, please adhere to Stone Tower's policy, which as of mid-May includes a mask mandate in the public spaces at the venue. Once downstairs in the event space, mask use is not required by guests. We ask that you keep your mask on hand with respect to all guests, vendors, and Stone Tower staff.

Is there a room block available?

Answer

Yes! We have two hotels with rooms blocked for the wedding, and they're right next to each other. In addition, we will have transportation from the Aloft Dulles North and the Hilton Garden Inn Dulles North to and from the ceremony and reception. Are there any planned activities for Saturday, June 5?

Nope, there are no planned wedding activities on Saturday. For activity suggestions and recommendations, please click the "Things to Do" tab. Can't wait to see you Sunday!

Will there be transportation to the venue and back to the hotel?

Answer

Yes, if you are booked at either the Aloft Dulles North or the Hilton Garden Inn Dulles North, transportation will be provided. Please see the Transportation & Accommodations page for more information. *Fleet Transportation requires passengers to wear masks while on the buses.*

I am staying at the room blocks (Aloft / Hilton). What time does the bus leave the bus en route to Stone Tower Winery? What time will the bus return to the hotels?

Answer

The bus(es) will arrive at the hotels (Aloft / Hilton) at 3:30 PM with an expected departure at 3:45 PM. Please be ready to go in advance. The newlyweds (#Nuzziweds) will exit at 10:00 PM with bus departures leaving right after.

Will there be transportation to the venue and back to DC?

Answer

No, if you would like to stay outside of the two room blocks (Aloft Dulles North and Hilton Garden Inn Dulles North), please find your own transportation. And please do not drink and drive!

Can I visit Stone Tower Winery before the ceremony?

Answer

Due to COVID-19, the winery has reduced capacity and is largely open to Wine Club members for reservations.

Will there be opportunities enjoy a wine tasting flight at Stone Tower?

Answer

Yes! Tastings will be available upon request at the Barrel Room bar during Cocktail Hour (look for Stone Tower employees).

What is the alternative plan for the ceremony in case of inclement weather?

Answer

Of course we hope for a beautiful late spring day, but we know that is out of our control. Stone Tower's ballroom has gorgeous views and would be prepared as the ceremony space should there be a need.
