Istanbul Airport

Turkish Airlines offers the most direct flights from major US cities into Istanbul Airport. These flights are usually more expensive during the peak season so we recommend reserving your flights as early as possible. The "Hopper" app can also help determine the best time to reserve your flights. There are also good options for connecting flights that stop in Europe. These airlines are usually United+Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa+Turkish Airlines.

Swissôtel The Bosphorus Istanbul

We are working on a room block for this hotel as well as possible transportation to/from the venue (depending on interest and number of guests). Please check again later in Jan/Feb for more details. This hotel has great views and a rooftop bar that we can go to for an after party. Since many guests from overseas will be staying for an extended time in Istanbul, we also listed some other great hotels below that are near attractions and restaurants/bars.
