How do I RSVP?

Answer

On our invitation you are given a choice to RSVP. By selecting the option "I will attend" you are prompted a notification. It reads that we request a deposit. The deposit is a placeholder and refundable upon arrival. You would have acknowledged the terms in order to receive our website. This is only for our reception not a deposit for your room! Is the $100 deposit for my room?

Answer

No, the $100 deposit is a placeholder for your attendance for the reception. You will need to book your room with the resort and if there’s a deposit required, you need to pay the resort.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

You have until November 6, 2025 to RSVP. To RSVP we are requiring a $100 deposit per person, but your full deposit will be refunded upon arrival. Your deposit acts as a placeholder to ensure the bride and groom will not be at a loss for expenses already covered.

Can I withdraw my RSVP?

Answer

Yes, if you're not able to attend, please select "I will not attend" on the invitation. You can also message us to inform us of the change. If withdrawal is before November 6, 2025, you will receive your money back. Any withdrawals after November 6, 2025, will not receive a refund.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

You are welcome to bring a guest or even your family to the resort. However, we only have seats and dining for those who we have accounted for. They may attend but know the seating is reserve for those who has invitation.

Do I have to book my room at the Royalton Resort?

Answer

We hope that you can book your stay with the resort to make your experience as a pleasant as possible.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside under a gazebo at 5 pm. Followed with a cocktail hour and reception on the Rooftop Terrace.

Are there any rooms reserved?

Answer

No, you will need to reserve your room at either Royalton Riviera or Hideaway (adult only) as soon as possible.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the resort?

Answer

We advised booking your stay on your phone via website. Booking with your phone gives you a mobile exclusive that is not provided on the website if you use the computer. Select “Mobile Exclusive” then add on the round trip shuttle for $30 per person/stay. We recommend selecting this option to avoid any delays.

What is the Dress Code?

We kindly ask that everyone wear shades of brown semi forma attire. Absolutely no jeans, shorts, flip flops, etc. We advise wearing linen clothing due to the Caribbean temperatures.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

It's the Caribbean, so you know it's going to be hot! The resort is mostly outdoors. Please pack light and airy clothing. On the safe side bring a jacket for windy nights.

Will you have a registry?

Answer

We will not have a registry. We will have a honeymoon fund that you can donate to. If this something you want to participate in, let us know. We would love to provide you with that information.

What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?

What time will the wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

The reception ends at 10 pm. There is a nightclub on the resort. We will go there afterwards.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

Thursday, we will have the welcome party. Friday, we tie the knot. Satday, we will be at the adult pool celebrating birthdays. Renting out cabanas.
