When selecting a room it will indicate if there is one needed. For you those who don't have a passport; we insist that you schedule your appointment at your local post office. **Required Documents** 1. Fill out form DS-11: This can be printed and filled out in pen or typed. 2. Provide Evidence of U.S Citizenship: This would be your Birth Certificate. (Must make copies of front and back) 4. Present ID (Must make copies of front and back) 5. Provide a Photo: Must be done professionally; we did ours at Walgreens. Pricing for Passports: Passport Book: Form DS-11, Application Fee $130, Execution Fee $35 Total= $165 per person Expedited services cost an additional $60. Fee's are to be paid with a Money Order. **Routine service can take 6-8 weeks. This is when receive and process your application not when you submit it. Please arrange appropriate time in order to make sure things are smoothly done.** ➡︎BOOK FLIGHT: Planned accordingly; since the wedding is on Friday, try to make it on Thursday. So we want to make sure you are there for all the festivities. ➡︎RSVP: You have until November 6, 2025 to RSVP. To RSVP we are requiring a $100 deposit, but your full deposit will be refunded upon arrival. Your deposit acts as a placeholder to ensure the bride and groom will not be at a loss for expenses already covered. ➡︎SHOW UP and SHOW OUT: Dress to impress! We ask that you respect our wishes and wear shades of brown. Please no jeans, t-shirts, flip flops etc. ➡︎We have a Boat Excursion planned for Saturday February 7, 2026. The boat party cost is $72 per person. The excursion is open bar and will have refreshments. In addition, you will have the option to snorkel and shop at Island Mujeres. You would be able to explore local dining options.
