What Are We Eating?

Cocktail hour will be a chips, salsa, guac, and queso bar paired with a classic margarita. For dinner, the Daniel Boone Inn will be catering, obviously. There will be a buffet of fried chicken, country ham, corn, green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, and biscuits. Beer, wine, seltzer, and a variety of non alcoholic drinks will be served. Better Homes and Gardens Magazine says, "The perfect summer beverage should capture the essence of the season—fun, colorful, refreshing...and that drink is the Dirty Shirley." Expect nothing less than the finest house liquor Dirty Shirley that Andy's money can buy. For dessert, cheap sheet cake and maybe a Ho Ho or Cosmic Brownie or two. Regular and decaf coffee will be served with dessert!
