Holiday Inn Shuttle Bus Pick Up
3:15 pm
For guests staying at the Holiday Inn Express who have confirmed with Shawn and Casey that they will be using the shuttle, pick up is in the parking lot of the hotel. You MUST be in the parking lot and ready to go at 3:20. There are no Uber or taxi services in the area. If you miss the bus, you can drive to the venue and pick you car up in the morning if needed. The shuttle will leave after the reception ends, around 10:00pm. Make sure you get on the right bus! Some shuttles will be going to Jefferson Landing, while some will be going to the Holiday Inn.
Jefferson Landing Golf Club Shuttle Pick Up
3:30 pm
For guests staying at Jefferson Landing Golf Club who have confirmed with Shawn and Casey that they will be using the shuttle, pick up is at the Club House (148 East Landing Drive, Jefferson, NC 28640). You MUST be at the club house, ready to go at 3:30. There are no Uber or taxi services in the area. If you miss the bus, you can drive to the venue and pick you car up in the morning if needed. The shuttle will be providing a ride back from the venue at 8:30pm for those wanting to leave early. Otherwise, the shuttles will leave after the reception ends, around 10:00pm. Make sure you get on the right bus! Some shuttles will be going to Jefferson Landing, while some will be going to the Holiday Inn.
Wedding
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Cocktail attire is appropriate. Jackets optional!
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside, followed by a brief cocktail hour. A buffet dinner accompanied by an open bar and dancing to follow.
Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

There will be a brief cocktail hour from 5:00-6:00 with an open bar and light bites! During this time, the bridal party and families will be taking photos. Dinner and dancing to follow from 6:00-10:00!
