Nicole is Justine's older sister of 5 years. When the two were young kids, Justine was obsessed with being like her sister. However, Nicole was far too cool for her. As the two got older and started going to college and Nicole got married and started having kids, their sister bond strengthened. Justine visited her sister and her niece in Germany and Hawaii and was there when Nicole gave birth to her son. Justine cherishes the time she gets to spend with her sister when she comes home. She knows she can always count on her sister for anything and is so thankful to have her in her life.
Courtney Robbins

Courtney and Justine have been friends for 20 years. Meeting in the 4th grade, they quickly became best friends and spent most of their time playing sports together. They event went to the same community college and played softball together. Their friendship continued on when they lived 30 minutes from each other in graduate school. Through the distance, Courtney has been a constant, steady friendship for Justine.

Brittany and Justine have been friends for 13 years. They met at community college where they played softball together. Even though, back in high school they used to play against each other. Brittany and Justine have never lived close to each other after college, but their friendship has always stayed strong with both of them always making the time to see each other. They always pick up right where they left off.

Sarah and Justine also met playing softball in college. Justine had an apartment in college, but she would spend most of her nights at Sarah's house with her and her family instead. They cherished their morning Dutch Bros coffee trips. Tri-Cities became a second home to Justine thanks to Sarah and her family. She knows she can always count on Sarah for anything.
Maggie Williams

Maggie is Sean's younger sister. Justine first met Maggie when she went home with Sean back to Mississippi for Thanksgiving in 2023. Maggie and her daughter Jacey even stayed in New Bern for a couple weeks in the Summer with Sean and Justine. They tried very hard to convince her to move over this way. They are still holding out hope that she will one day, but Justine is so excited to have another sister in her life.
Destinee Thomas

Destinee and Justine have been friends for 10 years. They met in college at ECU when they were both Athletic Training Undergraduate students. They quickly became friends and spent their weekdays studying together and their weekends working football games. Justine quickly became a third wheel to Destinee and her boyfriend Tyler. The two girls have always made time for each other and no matter the distance. Destinee is always there for Justine whether she just needs someone to talk to, advice, or a good laugh.
Makynzie Levao

Kynzie and Justine have been friends for 11 years. They met in college when Justine slid into her DM's to go to a football game together. They were inseparable ever since. Wild Bills was their spot in college where they became quite the pool table experts. Kynzie helped raise Baylor when Justine decided it would be a good idea to get a puppy in college. The two always knew how to have a good time no matter what and had each other's back. Thankfully Kynzie only lives 20 minutes from Justine's parents and is always able to visit Kynzie and her family when she comes home for a visit.

Lauren and Justine have been friends for 7 years. They met at a dog park in Bellingham. Lauren had her dachshund, Ranaldo, and the two quickly shared a bond over dogs. Lauren started taking Justine on her favorite hiking spots in the area. Pretty soon weekends for the two turned into coffee, hiking, and checking out new breweries. Justine has had some of the most amazing adventures thanks to Lauren, but now Justine gets to watch as Lauren embarks a new adventure of becoming a first-time mom.

Molly and Justine have been friends for 4 years. They met at ECU where they were both athletic trainers. Molly is a fellow dog mom and the two would take turns watching each other's babies when one was traveling for work. Molly is also a fellow Swiftie and the two could talk and listen to Taylor all day. Needless to say, the two could pregame to The Tortured Poet's Department with no issues. Molly has always been someone Justine could count on.
Elizabeth Conte

Elizabeth and Justine have been friends for about 2 years. They met at a run club at a local brewery in New Bern. She had just moved there to live with her husband, Jacob. Justine and Elizabeth connected over fitness, faith, and Taylor Swift. The two recently did a half marathon together. Elizabeth came into Justine's life when she really needed a friend after moving from Greenville to New Bern.
Summer Hawkins

Summer and Justine have only been friends for 1 year but feels like they have been friends forever. The two met dancing to Pink Pony Club at the local James Drinkery. Summer was from Canada and only visiting at the time. When she came back to visit in the summertime, their friendship picked up right where it left off. They spent time cruising in the boat at Shackleford Banks and drinking espresso martinis downtown. Summer helped Sean plan his engagement to Justine. The two got to experience their engagement era together. Their friendship doesn't rely on length, but on how they show up for each other. Summer always shows up for Justine.

Kensie is Justine's 8-year-old niece. She is spunky, smart, and an endless ball of energy. Justine recently got to go with Kensie to her first trip to Disney World. She had a blast going on rides, meeting all the characters, and of course spending all her aunt's money.
Tanner Rombold

Tanner is Justine's nephew. Tanner is 3 years old and is too smart for his own good. He knows more about the solar system than his aunt. He is also a big fan of M&M's
Ethan Lewis
Best Man
Ethan and Sean became good friends after having English 1 freshman year of high school. Not long after, they hung out at Ethan’s house every week or so to play Halo Reach or goofing off playing guitar. Come college, 2 of the 5 years, “and they were roommates,” they hung out most everyday studying or doing homework together for classes, playing in the Famous Maroon Band, and trying to get Ethan out to the bars.
Jeffrey Jones

Similar and nearly the same story as with Ethan, Sean and Jeffrey became friends in high school through Ethan but really began their friendship in college. The three of them were a trio and it was rare to see one without the other two. Jeffrey was more easily convinced though to get drug to a night out on a Friday, but only after he had completed his homework for the following WEEK.
Will Prevost

Will and Sean met through a small group in church when their parents were having Bible study during their Middle School years. Instead of learning about Jesus via their parents small group, they found him other ways by fishing the neighbors’ pond or ride around on Will’s four wheeler and dirt bike, yes Jesus was there too. This led to years of dirt biking together, duck and deer hunts in high school, and back road memories only a country teenage boy can make. Roommates in college for a year, they eventually took their own path after graduation and now stay in touch when one or the other has a new boat or truck to show off.
Joe Sulik

Joe and Sean met each other in the Marine Corps where they would spend countless days and nights in the Yuma, AZ or 29 Palms, CA deserts or in the woods living in the “Suck” or countless hours in each other’s Offices complaining about coworkers and to give each other the “Deets” on things happening in the Squadron that we probably shouldn’t have leaked to each other due to “need to know basis” but who cares, the Chinese know anyway.
Bert Bertoglio

Bert and Sean met in the Marine Corps as well, where you’d often find Bert, Joe, and Sean together as a trio. The same think Bert as with Joe, find them in closed doors and they’re either talking about the crazy new PFC who just joined the unit and has 3 baby daddies or discussing the next time they were all having a Crawfish Boil. Ask him to play some blues on a guitar or draw you a picture and you’ll be asking to pay him.
Jacob Finke

Jacob and his wife Elizabeth were the first and only brave people to come up and ask to join a table and talk with us at Justine and Sean’s very niche/click run club in New Bern a year and a half ago. (confusing sentence I know). Jacob and Sean found out they had offices a couple spaces down when Sean got his new job in July of ‘25 and they always poked their heads in to talk about what’s happening. They have since become great friends and have been a big part of Sean and Justine’s biggest moments in the past year.

Original member of the “Pink Pony Club” who they had no say in because “voluntold”... thanks wives. If you need help finding a boat slip in a popular, crowded dockside restaurant, this dude will either find or sweet talk the person to get you in; caveat is it may only work for proposals. Nevertheless, they became great friends and even part of a bigger family here in New Bern. Find them playing Trivia at Poppy’s Bites and Barrel’s or out in the boat on a Saturday.
Baylor James
Dog of Honor
Baylor has been in Justine's life for almost 9 years. He has been all over WA with Justine and made the great move to NC with her. Sean quickly became the best dog dad to Baylor. Baylor truly was Justine's best friend. Baylor was called by God to come to heaven in March and will no longer be able to come the wedding. We know he is happy and healthy in his new home, but we still miss him dearly and want to remember him on our special day.
Boguee
Best Dog
Sean and Justine adopted Boguee back in July of 2024 when the two went to a concert in Wilmington. They met Boguee at an adoption event and quickly became attached. The last two years, Boguee has grown into such a goofball and enjoys going to run club with his parents. Unfortunately he only knows one speed, which is as fast as he can go.
