Plated Salad with strawberries, pecans, red onion, feta cheese served with Raspberry and balsamic vinaigrette
Chicken Option:
Chicken breast with sundried tomatoes, goat cheese, and a white wine lemon basil sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans.
Beef Option:
Garlic & Herb Flank Steak with pesto served with Mashed potatoes and Green beans.
Vegetarian option:
Stuffed eggplant with ricotta, baby spinach, and mozzarella. Served with fettucini with parmesan, garlic butter, parsley, and green beans.
