While living in North Carolina Trent met Andrew at work and they instantly bonded. He’s the friend who showed up and just never left. He comes across as very closed off and unapologetically blunt but it’s really just a hard shell to protect his kind heart. It took Jess a little more time to see that but once she did they became close friends as well. Andrew will make you laugh with the unexpected things he says.

Trent met Lindsey while working together. She is a very goal oriented busy mama with multiple hobbies and jobs. She comes across kind of shy at first but once she warms up she is pretty outgoing. She’s all about helping others and that’s how she became friends with Jess, as a Beachbody coach she brought Jess into the world of fitness.

Boisterous and an entertainer, Austin is always a fun person to have around! He is Trent’s younger brother and despite the fact they have been in different states most of their lives they have a very strong bond!

Josh is Jessica’s cousin, only born a few days apart. Even though they grew up in different states it didn’t change their close bond.
