FAQs

If you have any other questions, other than what is listed please text Anna at 304-667-0492.
Question

What are you dong to follow COVID-19 regulations?

Answer

Masks are to be worn by guests - specifically Halloween-themed masks! Hand sanitizer and spare masks will be available to guests. Heavily trafficked areas will be sanitized regularly. 6 feet is encouraged as well.

Question

What to wear?

Answer

Dress is casual cocktail. We encourage women to sport dresses, skirts, blouses, dress pants, blazers, etc. and men to sport dress pants, button ups, blazers, khaki pants, etc. Please avoid blue jeans, fish nets, tuxedos, and formal gowns.

Question

How can I share my photos?

Answer

You can upload your photos to Google Photos: https://photos.app.goo.gl/hdo5BJSH25tXUUe76 OR share on Instagram with #nowapowell.

Question

Can we bring our children?

Answer

If needed. There will be drinking and you probably could use a night off, so we ask to do your best to get a babysitter. However, though we prefer to have our ceremony be child-less, we understand the qualms of getting a babysitter. We would rather have the whole family attend the wedding than you not attend at all. Please just let the bride or groom know how many people (including children) will be attending in the RSVP.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on the RSVP website page or text Anna at 304-667-0492. Please know there is NOT going to be a traditional RSVP card in the mail.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Due to the fall season, please dress accordingly.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00 P.M. We recommend you arrive 30 minutes to an hour early in case you have any issues locating the venue.

Question

What happens if I am late?

Answer

Please do your best to arrive on time. The venue is not far from the designated parking area and we would prefer the hum of a vehicle not to be a part of our vows. However, if you do arrive late, please park closest to the gate. There will be open seats on the outskirts of the venue for you to quietly slip into.

Question

What do I do if I can't locate the venue?

Answer

The venue is located at 63 Grandview Ln, Greenville, WV, 24945 and will be identified if using Google Maps. However, it is rural. If you have any issues finding the venue, please contact a groomsmen prior to the ceremony and they will assist you in anyway possible.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free. Once you arrive at the venue, someone will be available to assist you in parking.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation envelope says "and guest", "and family", or is plural (IE. "The Wards"), please feel free to bring a date. However, if not, please avoid bringing another party in order to accurately reflect the limited seating.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Please let Anna know in advance if someone in your party is wheelchair bound and arrangements will be made.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP within a month of October 17th: September 17th.

Question

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

There will be vegetarian options served during the reception.

Question

Where are we registered?

Answer

Seth and I have set up a Honeymoon registry in order to afford a nice honeymoon in Banff, Canada. Please, view the registry web page to make a contribution. We appreciate any amount.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Please do not take pictures during the ceremony. However, we encourage guests to take plenty of pictures during the reception and post the pictures onto their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #nowapowell so we can keep track of all wedding pictures!

Question

Answer
