Question

What safety precautions and measures are being taken in regards to COVID-19?

Answer

We are requesting that all guests please be vaccinated/boosted before the event. If vaccination is not possible, please plan on taking a COVID-19 test prior to attending. Per guidance from the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), masks or face coverings are required in all indoor public spaces. This includes adults and children 5 years of age and older, regardless of vaccination status. Some of the event will be taking place outdoors and we ask, although outdoors, that masks still be worn when within 10ft. of others. We will make sure to have masks available at the venue for all guests. If guidance from the OHA changes prior to our wedding date, changes to our plans or precautions will be made accordingly. What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal, but vintage-style attire is encouraged :) Barongs, ternos, and the like are also more than welcome if you'd like to get traditionally dressy!

When you say “vintage attire”, what do you mean?

Answer

Probably more along the lines of the first half of the 20th century styles of fashion, to go with the history of the venue (built in the 1920s) along with Novia’s love of the 1930’s &1940’s. Dressing in vintage attire is definitely not a requirement, just if you feel like getting in the spirit of it :)

Will parking be available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is ample free parking available at the hotel, including an overflow parking lot. Once you enter the hotel grounds, the parking lots are located just past the main entrance/front door of the building.
