How do I RSVP?
Answer
It’s easy! All RSVPs will be online - just head to the RSVP section above to let us know who’ll be attending. Please RSVP for each guest in your family who plans to join us. If only part of your family can make it, just let us know so we can plan accordingly! All RSVPs are due by August 9th, 2025!!!!

Are children invited?
Answer
If your invitation says “The [Last Name] Family,” that means your kiddos are invited too! However, as parents, we know how hard it can be to find time for a date night. So, if you'd prefer to enjoy the evening without the little ones, feel free to take advantage of this opportunity for some time to yourselves! The choice is totally up to you.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
If your invitation says “{Your Name} & Guest,” then yes, bring a date and your dance moves! If not, we promise you’ll still have a great time flying solo.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. The venue will open at 4:00pm for our guest. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before the ceremony to get settled in and grab a welcome drink! If you arrive after the ceremony starts, or just before, you’ll have to watch from a distance so you don’t interrupt!

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
Please let us know when you RSVP. The dinner is naturally gluten- and dairy-free, so most dietary needs should be covered! And we promise, it’s delicious!

What's the dress code?
Answer
We’re going for cocktail attire! A suit or dress shirt with a tie is suggested for the gents, and for the ladies, a midi or knee-length dress will be perfect. Feel free to wear your best colors, we want the day to be as colorful and vibrant as possible! Just a friendly reminder: please no denim. We want everyone to look their best!!

Will the wedding be indoors or outside?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors, so please dress accordingly. In case of weather changes, we’ve got a backup plan!

What is the order of events?

Ceremony: 4:30pm - 5:00pm Cocktail Hour: 5:00pm - 6:00pm Dinner: 6:00pm - 7:00pm Dancing: 7:00pm - 11:00pm Late-Night Snack: We might have a surprise snack to keep you going and dancing... but you’ll have to stick around to find out what it is!

Is parking available?
Answer
Yes! The venue has a huge parking lot right in front. If you’re staying at the hotel block and would prefer not to drive, we’ll have transportation available to pick you up from the hotel and take you back after the wedding.
