HOLD! Where's David? Why did he miss his entrance? And what on earth is Scott wearing--Scott, who gave you that costume? Devon, you're holding the wrong prop, I'm not telling you again--that's for scene 4! For the love of God who's running this show?!
Question

What's with dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be available from the end of cocktail hour 5pm until 8pm. There will be several stations with a variety of good eats. There are no assigned seats in the ballroom, and there's no particular time when you have to eat. Get food when you're hungry, and we guarantee there will be plenty of seating & table space available for you to sit and enjoy your food! Meanwhile there will be music and you are free to dance whenever the mood strikes you!

Question

Black tie optional? What does that mean?

Answer

It means (in Jack's mind) dress like you're in a James Bond film. Emily Post suggests women wear a dressy cocktail dress, evening gown, or "dressy separates," and men wear a tux or dark suit with a white dress shirt and tie. For your reference, the groom & his men will be in black tuxes & white shirts, but not black ties, and the bride will probably wear something bright purple with yellow polka dots and sequins. LOTS of sequins.
