Denver has an incredible museum with many great exhibits. Our favorites are Prehistoric Journey, Gems & Minerals, and Space Odyssey. Discovery zone is great for little ones! We recommend buying tickets online in advance.

This is one of Colorado's lovely and somewhat under-rated state parks and has lots of beautiful trails. Note that there is a $10 park entrance fee.
