It was August 2015 when Lexi first met Adam. Mutual friends recruited Adam to join Lexi's newly formed softball team. It took two years of friendship, softball, Ragnar trail relay races, Broncos games, ski days, and concerts for Lexi and Adam to eventually realize they were lucky enough to have fallen for a best friend. On Christmas Eve 2022, Adam pointed out there was still one small box left under the Christmas tree. Upon unwrapping the gift, noting that the box said "Wilson Diamond Brokers", Lexi opened the box to discover... a pair of socks. Lexi was momentarily speechless... an admirable accomplishment on Adam's part, if we're being honest. Adam then pulled a small black box from his pocket and asked Lexi for her hand in marriage. Lexi enthusiastically said, "yes" and now is the proud owner of a really great pair of engagement socks (and an okay engagement ring). Adam and Lexi have had many great adventures together with friends and family alike, and are looking forward to sharing the first day of their next big adventure with those they love.
