WHEN I TRY TO BOOK MY ROOM IT SAYS, "Rooms are not available for the date range or occupancy requested. This may be due to minimum night stay requirements from the hotel. Please try a new search. If this error persists, the resort may be sold out or your dates may be too far in the future. Not finding the room package that you were looking for? Contact our Guest Service Team to help you book a room." SHOULD I JUST WAIT TO BOOK? No, you can continue to book by clicking the "Request A Room" button and fill out the travel information. A travel agent from the travel company, Destify, will contact you to help you select the room and travel dates of your choice.

CAN I RSVP ONLINE OR DO I HAVE TO MAIL IN AN RSVP CARD? Yes, you can RSVP online. Please only RSVP after you've paid your $150 room deposit to secure your hotel room. When Save The Dates are sent out there will be a link to RSVP. There will also be a RSVP category at the top of the website. Please enter your First Name followed by your Last Name to RSVP or update your RSVP at anytime.

We ask if you are experiencing any cold/flu-like symptoms or been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 30 days, please remain home. We will celebrate with you at a later date.

AM I ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOS AT YOUR WEDDING? Guest are ONLY allowed to take photos/videos during Cocktail Hour and the Reception. We are asking all guest to NOT take pictures during the wedding ceremony. We've hired a professional photography/videography company to capture our day so that you can enjoy and relax during the ceremony. Interference of other flashes or mobile screens could possibly ruin our professional photos and video.
