The closest airports are San Francisco (SFO), Oakland (OAK), and San Jose (SJC). From any of these, expect about a 3.5 to 4-hour scenic drive, especially along Highway 1. Cell service can be spotty near the coast, so download directions in advance.

Can I use Uber or Lyft to get around near the venue?
Answer
While the area around The Fensalden is quite rural and public transportation is limited, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft do operate here, though availability may be limited and wait times longer than in bigger cities. We recommend arranging rides in advance when possible, or considering rental cars for more flexibility.

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally on your invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP. If you would like to have a plus one and your invitation does not specify as such, please reach out to Luke or Sarah using the contact information found at the top of this page.

What should I wear?

We can't wait to see everyone dressed up for our big day! Please join us in cocktail attire. Our wedding is inspired by the natural beauty of the area — think summer pastels, floral prints, breezy fabrics, and looks that feel at home among flowers, trees, and coastal setting. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be tented, so please keep the weather (and grassy paths) in mind. We recommend layering to stay cozy as the evening cools down by the coast.

There aren’t large hotel chains nearby, but you’ll find plenty of charming inns, bed & breakfasts, and vacation rentals like Airbnbs and Vrbos in Albion, Mendocino, and the surrounding area.
